Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and we're looking for an Administration Coordinator who will help keep our hospital running efficiently behind the scenes.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with clinic leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of a busy veterinary hospital.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating stock ordering, inventory administration and stocktake activities.
- Supporting accounts administration, banking processes and debtor management.
- Assisting with payroll preparation, onboarding administration and employee records.
- Preparing reports and maintaining business records to support clinic operations.
- Coordinating recruitment, meetings, training records and general clinic administration.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration, office coordination or business support experience.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy team environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic, medical practice or healthcare environment.
- Exposure to payroll, accounts, recruitment or rostering administration.
- Experience with inventory management and stock control processes.
- Familiarity with practice management systems or business reporting tools.
- A genuine passion for supporting teams that deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
