How it works

Paste your careers page
Or your ATS board, or a job feed. We check it live and show you what we found before anything is saved.
We sync every day
New roles appear within a day of being posted. Closed roles come down on their own.
Applicants go to you
Every Apply button opens your own careers site. We never collect applications.

Which careers sites work?

Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, BambooHR, Rippling, Pinpoint, Breezy, Teamtailor, Personio, Gem, JazzHR, Jobvite, iCIMS and more. Any page with schema.org job markup works too, and so does an XML, RSS or JSON job feed.

Why do some connections need a review?

When your email address is on your company's website domain, the connection goes live right away. Otherwise a person checks it first, usually within one business day.

Which roles do you show?

Corporate and professional roles. We leave out clinic, grooming, store, warehouse and other hourly roles.

How do I pause or remove a connection?

Email hello@workinpet.com from your work address and we'll pause or remove it the same day.
