The successful applicant will manage incoming queries to the planning department, document, maintain, and improve department processes, and handle occasional requests. This role will strengthen the department’s operational resilience, maintain continuity during absences and centralise ownership of key processes and day-to-day coordination, reducing inefficiency and risk.
*Hours of work: Specific hours can be discussed, but the successful applicant will be contracted to 45 hours per week
