Full-Time
Manager – Social Media
Team: Brand, Content & Social Works with: Creative, CX, CRM & Retention, Agencies & Creators Experience: 4+ yearsAbout Us
Supertails is India’s first 360° petcare brand — India’s Biggest Online store for all pet essentials, online pharmacy, and now with India’s first fear-free certified veterinary clinics, all under one house. Whatever pet parenting throws at you — a 2 AM worry, a fussy eater, a first vaccination — there's one brand to turn to, with in-house vets and doorstep delivery across India. We're built by pet parents, for pet parents: people who know the joy, the chaos and the responsibility of raising a pet, and show up for all three. Because with great pets, comes great responsibility :)
Who we're looking for
An enthu-cutlet who's on the internet all day, and you get there before the trend needs explaining.
You make the content yourself. Ideate, shoot, edit, ship. You don't wait for a brief to come up with the next cool idea for the brand.
You know exactly what to reply under someone else's post. The comment that gets screenshotted and gets on the feed post carousels.
You know how to actually use a creator. Not pay one and hope. Pick the right person according to the objective, brief them so they still sound like themselves for the brand.
A planned go-getter who always knows what they want to post the coming two weeks
Who is it for?
We're a team of creators: people who love their craft and the joy of creating something new, something cool, something they're proud of. Writers, designers, filmmakers and meme-scholars who'd rather make the thing than sit in a meeting about it. We're not a 9-to-5 corporate job — everyone here owns their ideas and sees them through to the end: from the first scribble to the final cut to the numbers it moved. The best idea in the room wins, no matter whose it is or how long they've been here. Nobody hands out briefs here, but everyone's briefs here are heard :)

- Chronically online, with a real grip on trends and platform algorithms
- Community and ORM experience at volume; creator management you've actually done
