🌟 About Taily
Taily is one of the fastest-growing pet wellness brands in the U.S., redefining pet care with clean supplements and bold storytelling. Our goal? To become the #1 exterior wellness brand for pets — from glowing coats to healthy skin.
We believe the future of design is AI-powered, and we’re looking for a killer creative who lives and breathes AI tools. This is your chance to build a brand’s visual universe using the newest technology — blending instincts, trends, and AI mastery to push the limits of what’s possible in design.
🎥 The Role
We’re searching for an AI Graphic Designer who knows how to wield AI like a weapon — someone who can take brand ideas and explode them into visuals that are bold, modern, and unforgettable.
You’ll be the engine behind our brand’s visual identity, leveraging AI tools like Midjourney, OpenAI, Kling, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and beyond, while also using Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite to refine, polish, and finalize professional-grade assets.
This is not a “traditional designer” role. This is for someone who has the instincts, the hustle, and the curiosity to be ahead of every AI trend — and use it to fuel one of the most exciting pet brands in the world.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, OpenAI, Kling, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) to generate cutting-edge visuals for social, ads, packaging, and campaigns.
- Refine and finalize AI outputs in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for professional quality.
- Build and maintain AI prompt libraries that align with Taily’s brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with new AI tools and design trends — and implement them quickly.
- Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to create visuals optimized for TikTok, IG, YouTube, Amazon, and email.
- Design templates, overlays, motion assets, and graphics to enhance short-form and long-form content.
- Experiment with AI video generation and new creative workflows.
🐶 Who You Are
- A killer creative with sharp instincts for design and branding.
- Expert in AI design tools (Midjourney, OpenAI, Kling, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and the full Adobe Suite.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Obsessive about staying ahead of AI design trends.
- Fast, experimental, and thrives in a startup environment where output and quality both matter.
🎯 Qualifications
- 2–5 years of design experience (brand, agency, freelance).
- Portfolio that shows AI-generated projects + polished Adobe Suite work.
- Strong grasp of social-first branding and digital storytelling.
- Experience delivering multiple outputs weekly at startup speed.
- Bonus: motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
💡 Why Join Taily?
- Be at the frontline of AI-driven design in a fast-scaling pet wellness brand.
- Creative freedom to shape and scale our visual identity.
- Build an AI-first creative workflow from the ground up.
- Work with a passionate, pet-loving team building something special.
